So what is Book Blog Exploration? Every now and then I will share 9 new blogs or oldies that I found/discovered/really appreciate. It’s all about sharing the book blogging love (despite the fact that I am a horrible commenter).
My kuddoes to them for their hard work. If you’re not on the list it doesn’t mean I don’t love you but maybe that I haven’t discovered you’re awesomeness yet! If you have a book blog and want to be added to the ❤ list, just drop a comment, and I’ll add you!
(1) Book Blog Exploration
Why do I love them? I knew it was love from first click. Rinn Reads is a great blog with a lovely focus on fantasy and all things wonderful. She has a Museum meme (link below) and Fantasy Friday’s which are also great reads. I always look forward to her work.
Favourite Post/Series? Museum of Literary Wonders series
Why do I love them? Another fantasy-eqsue blogs, but first, upon clicking, one must appreciate the fatasmic layout that she has, it’s stunning and that purple dragon is so cute! She has great content, and I normally browse her reviews when I can’t figure out what to read next.
Favourite Post/Series? Discussion Time Series
Why do I love them? Laura is such a sweetie, and it shows in her blog. Her posts are wonderfully written, diverse and she always seems to write with a smile! Her blog is embodied awesomeness, and I love her Bookshops of New Orleans series.
Favourite Post/Series? Bookshops of New Orleans
Why do I love them? I consider Oh, Chrys! to be a bit of a classic, it was one of the first blogs I started following when I went onto the book-o-sphere and she’s always curated great content. Her Blog Tutorials series is an excellent resource for everyone, regardless of skill level.
Favourite Post/Series? Blog Tutorials
Why do I love them? Cee is a bucket of laughs, and the Novel Hermit features a Narwhal. Such an epic animal for an epic blogger! Her content is rich, and she has a few series I actively follow (I am ashamed by my lack of commenting, I tend to read her posts at work on the phone and never comment. I suck), but seriously, follow her blog, follow her twitter.
Favourite Post/Series? Sincerely, Cee.
Why do I love them? Disney and fairy tales and flowers, oh my! I’ve gone to heaven! This blog is such happiness, it’s got great reviews (she’s a really good reviewer, and I follow Mel’s recommendations closely). She’s got some great Disney posts as well.
Favourite Post/Series? My Love for Disney
Why do I love them? This lil’ blog was my buddy for Oh, Chrys!’ Christmas book exchange and I’ve followed her blog since. She’s got great reviews and fun content.
Favourite Post? The Sunday Post
Why do I love them? There aren’t a lot of genre-focused blogs on the net and even less that focus on cultural genres, but BookShy is an amazing, and I do mean amazing resource for African book lovers.
Favourite Post/Series? African Book Covers
Why do I love them? You have to love a clean layout, The Book Cellar (run by Erica) is a great general book blog that pushes out an insane number of reviews and I aspire to be as great as it.
